1. 根据公司运营策略，管理和维护IT基础设施以及相应故障处理，保障公司IT系统安全有效；
2. 负责GLP体系范围内的各平台、仪器设备的网络正常运行，监督网络通信状况，网络安全，监控整个局域网的运转和网络通信流量；
3. 保障数据中心虚拟化系统7×24小时无故障运行；维护公司的数据容灾备份环境；
4. 保障数据安全，为各部门业务系统提供技术支持，并提供相应的流程支持；
5. 实验室系统的服务器基础架构管理、服务流程建立和管理，系统的数据/系统恢复计划测试；
6. 实验室系统账号管理，系统问题处理；
7. 为实验室以及办公室计算机电子数据备份系统NAS提供必要的技术支持；
8. 负责公司常用软件的安装、运维或提供必要的技术支持；
9. 监控、系统、服务器的运行、调试、维护、异常问题处理；
10. 维护IT现有的设备和服务。含桌面设备、服务器、网络、应用系统、备份系统、门禁系统、监控系统等；
11. 负责相应部门日常 helpdesk支持；
12. 接受公司、部门等各方面组织的法规、GLP、环境、健康、安全及岗位技能等培训考核，根据需要并对其他人员进行转训。

岗位要求：

1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，英文基础良好；
   
2. 熟悉IT各领域的理论知识，具备架构、运维、标准化和信息安全等专业能力；
   
3. 良好的沟通能力，快速学习能力，积极主动的工作状态；
   
4. 制药企业GxP环境中三年以上的工作经验, 了解IT实践。
