工作职责

? Responsible for site specific facility services.

? Ensure that facility services are provided in compliance with the SLA and the level of quality meets or exceeds designated KPI values.

? Maintaining good relations and effective communications with the customers and team members;

? To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and facility team members and ensure that all activities are performed.

? To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with ISS Human Resource guidelines.

? To comply with all company and client’s policies, procedures and standards reporting and collaboration meeting schedule.

? Comply with professional ethics and laws governing professional behavior.

任职资格

1\ Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of leases, 2\ contracts and related documents.

3\ Some exposure to various facilities processes and technologies.

4\ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet.

5\ Ability to use work order system.

6\ Exceptional planning, organizing and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

7\ Ability to effectively present information.

8\ Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

9\ Demonstrated leadership qualities and self-motivated

10\ Excellent Customer relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations

11\ Ability to deliver results under pressure
