职位描述


  • 2.2 Service Scope

    1. >Responsibilities & Tasks;

    3. Prepare HR monthly/quarterly/annual reports for three legal entities and distribute them to target groups
    4. As the first contact person to support HR system operations to make sure HR system runs smoothly. Any bugs or issues, raise the ticket to AG IT support and monitor the ticket results
    5. Take part in local new HR projects, attend UAT, prepare go-live for HR and biz users
    6. Provide PTMW training to 80 + time administrators, support on issue analysis and raise the tickets
    7. Join in change request discussion, support on change request  testing and validation
    8. Coordinate HR system training for HR and business users
    9. Support on other tasks of HR system& service team


    2.5 Qualification

    The requirement and qualifications of HR system & service outsourcing:

    -          Bachelor degree or above majored in Information Technology, Information Management or Human Resource, -          At least 2 years working experiences,  HRIS or HR working experience is preferred ; -          Logical thinking, able to work under pressure and deadlines -          Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written; -          Familiar with office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint -          Reliable, proactive, result-oriented.
