职位简述:
北京环球度假区正寻求一位有丰富后端开发经验的ABAP工程师加入我们，该职位将负责企业内部多个系统的开发运维工作,比如 SAP S/4 HANA ,SuccessFactors ，BRIM.
您将负责设计，开发，实现，业务流程对系统的定制化需求，支持并优化现有系统之间的集成，并且有能里设计并实现新的系统整合的要求。

主要职责：
系统运维
1，参与已上线系统运维，升级，保障系统稳定运行，支撑公司核心业务流程；
2，积极跟进并解决系统问题，参与业务流程的梳理优化，对新需求、功能优化进行方案评估，出具系统解决方案
项目系统实施增强
1，作为SAP 方业务系统技术专家，参与业务系统集成
2，和业务系统分析员一起梳理业务流程，收集业务需求
3，编写，维护,审阅技术设计文档，架构，数据流
4，开发，测试，定制化需求
5，主持评估业务系统，业务系统之间的性能测试
6，和DevOps 团队，流程化系统的开发运维流程
7，积极主动新的业务需求和系统增强点。
执行分配的其他职责。

任职要求：
1. 5年以上ABAP 开发经验；
2. 能够充分理解业务需求和程序开发需求，具备***实践的充分思考；
3. 熟悉SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, HR 等模块；
4. 熟练使用各中SAP 组件和开发工具（ABAP workbench ,WEB ID 和Eclipse ADT）；
5. 熟悉SAP 各种系统增强技术，比如 BADI, BTE, User Exits ,和customer Exits；
6. 熟悉SAP 各种系统接口技术，包括并不仅限与 ALE ,IDOC，RFC ，Webservice 和ODATA；
7. 擅于使用ABAP OO 进行编程，并会其他开发语言优先；
8. 熟悉并有 CDS , AMDP ,Fiori ，SAP UI5 项目经验者优先；
9. 有基于现代ABAP(＞7.4)语言开发经验；
10. 自我激励，自我负责，高度负责；
11. 卓越的人际沟通，文字书写沟通技巧；
12. 必须遵守流程，用结构化方法解决复杂问题；
13. 英文可以作为工作语言。
***有：
1. 拥有基于SAP BIRM 平台的项目或者hands-on 经验
2. 拥有SAP HCI BO的项目或者hands-on 经验
3. 了解ITIL 流程

Major Responsibilities,
Production System Support
? Coordinate on-going systems maintenance and upgrades with no disruption to business operations.
? Support and troubleshoot issues (process & system), identify root cause, and proactively implement sustainable corrective actions.

Projects & System Enhancements
? Serve as senior technical subject matter expert in application and data integration.
? Collaborate with business analysts & SME’s to understand business processes & workflows, and collect functional requirements;
? Write, maintain, and review technical design documents; architecture, data flow, process, and logic diagrams;
? Develop and test solutions for integration, customization, performance, and scalability etc
? Evaluate and conduct system, end to end, and performance testing
? Partner with DevOps team to streamline continuous integration and deployment processes
? Identify new opportunities & services to enhance the systems platform and drive more productivity
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications,
1. 5+ experience in building solutions using SAP ABAP workbench and development tools
2. Ability to understand functional interface and program requirements and develop standardized solutions
3. Good functional knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO ,HCM , MM, etc.
4. Excellent technical knowledge of SAP components and the development toolset (ABAP Workbench, WEB IDE and Eclipse ADT)
5. SAP Business Add-Ins (BAdI), BAPI, User Exits and Customer Exits
6. SAP Interface technologies incl. ALE, IDOC, RFC, Webservices and OData
7. In depth understanding of system development delivery models, process architectures and the governance surrounding them
8. Strong SAP ABAP OO, any other programming language is an asset
9. Experience working with HANA database and in memory artifacts (i.e CDS, AMDP)
10. Advanced CDS modeling and Fiori UI annotations, SAPUI5 frontend development is a plus
11. Experience with modern ABAP (＞7.4)
12. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
13. Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
14. Language – Fluent oral and written English skill is mandatory.

Desired:
? Project or hands on experiences on BRIM platform
? Project or hands on experiences on HCI ,BO.
? Knowledge of ITIL will be tremendous advantage
