一、业绩管理：

1、负责各分公司任务分配，包括各省任务，销售任务，同时每个季度进行任务分配合理性分析；

2、预估管理：制定预估管理流程，根据历史销售情况对未来6个月销量进行预测，为各分公司经理提供数据支持；

3、业绩考核：制定销售奖金考核制度，核算每个季度奖金达成；

二、Sell in&库存管理；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历；

2、2年以上数据分析、市场分析、市场调研或者项目管理经验，熟练操作excel，PPT等办公软件；

3、思维逻辑强，具备较强的数据分析能力；

4、具备一定的心理承受能力，原则性、条理性、逻辑性。
