I.Position Summary
The position is a leader to the Engineer team, coaches and supervises the team to perform daily operation. The incumbent is also responsible for testing, determining and giving instruction on the best way of testing process.

II.Job Responsibilities
1.Formulate strategy for assigned territory and products;
2.Work with the Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer/ Assistant Engineer to make sure they have competent knowledge in standards, directives and customer service techniques;
3.Supervise and train project forces to achieve department targets;
4.Review and sign the projects coming from the Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer/ Assistant Engineer;
5.Contact with clients to provide professional support on project matter;
6.Provide essential support to team to ensure the quality of the product and recommendation for enhancing test features;
7.Support for project implementation, new product development, case resolving and innovation project in assigned territory;
8.Ensure adherence to TüV SüD Guidelines and Procedures;
9.Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

III.Job Requirements 

1.University graduates with master degree, major in electronic and electrical, engineering or other related discipline will be preferred;
2.Strong learning agility, problem solving skill;
3.Good organization and coordination skills;
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism;
5.Alignment with TüV SüD culture;

10.Good command of English.
