1. 能根据项目的需求，熟练运用ILLUSTRATOR、PHOTOSHOP及 Corel Draw等绘图软件，能够独立完成项目相关平面排版设计等工作；
2. 具备跃动的思维,完美的色感,敏锐的洞察力和行动能力；优异的设计能力和上佳的品味，能把根据客户要求延展创意并制作设计稿；
3. 能准确把握需求定位，完成项目的美化及创意设计工作。
4. 熟练掌握排版软件，耐心细致，精益求精。
5. 热爱设计行业，有敬业精神，能和团队进行友好合作。

   6.根据不同项目需要，配合完善设计方案，独立撰写策划文案、PPT报告。

任职要求：

1、 美术、广告、视觉传达等相关专业大专以上学历，

2、3年以上工作经验，有良好的美术功底，良好的创意思维和理解能力、色彩感好，能独立设计出具有特色风格的作品；

3、有独立的图文广告、宣传海报、网络广告等商业设计作品；

4、有一定的手绘能力；

5、擅长PPT的构思和设计，具有独到的设计见解，较强的对设计需求的沟通理解能力，对各类时尚元素有敏锐的洞察力, 熟悉完稿及印前工艺；

6、熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator、Indesign、CorelDraw、Dream weaver等。

具备团队合作精神，较强的抗压能力，能够承担高强度多项目交叉工作。
