职位描述：

1、负责项目要求的成本计划，成本控制及合同管理

2、项目各阶段的成本估算，招标，风险控制，支付管理，审核变动，最终结算

3、准备招标文件，工程账单，合同及其他成本相关文件

4、制备量图

5、成本分析，现金流预测和成本报告

工作要求：

1、本科学历，电气，暖通背景

2、至少3年工料测量或相关项目工作经验

3、至少1年工业项目经验

4、熟悉材料和设备的市场价格

5、较好的英语口语和书写能力

6、熟练运用办公软件和AUTOCAD

7、团队精神，责任心强，良好的沟通能力

工作地点在我司北京办公室

Job Description

To manage the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements

1、Preparing cost plan, conducting value engineering with project team

2、Project cost estimate in different development stage, tender, risk control, payment

management, variation order audit, final account settlement

3、Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost

document

4、Preparing quantities per drawing

5、Cost analysis, cash flow projection and cost report

Job Requirement

1、Bachelor degree of electrical, HVAC background

2、At least 3 years experience in quantity surveying or relevant project work

3、At least 1 years experience in industrial project

4、Familiar with market price of material and equipment

5、Good English in written and spoken

6、Skilled in MS-Office and AutoCAD

7、Teamwork spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication skill
