Main duties:
1. Plan, monitor, manage and perform the entire importing procedure for the products of the overseas account's clients
2. Update ERP system in real time and not delay recording activities
3. Submit periodical reports to clients, account, logistics
4. Coordinate sales contracts progress between logistics and finance departments
5. Assess to improve procedures and regulation
6. Handle all communication with overseas client, finance and logistics.
7. Prepare sales price evaluation based on client's logistics questionnaire
8. Inspect sales contract, stamp and fill in stamp registration record, fax to customers, then file.
9. Update the sales contract progress form between finance and logistics, send the final form to leadership.
10. Update the new sales contract in report everyday.
11. Help to control the delivery according to sales contract terms.
12. Other tasks designated by Liner leaders


Qualification:
1. 2 years working experience in finance at least
2. Familiar with English & Excel
3. Familiar with Oracle and other e-management systems
