内容：

要求至少3年以上Windows server运维经验，了解VMware和Linux。英语口语可以工作交流。

Skill Set :

5 -6  years experience in a technical role.

§  Proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux ,Windows and VMware

• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Expert troubleshooting ability
• IT experience including Tier 2, Helpdesk technical or administrative roles is a plus
• Provide 365 days  rotational support

 

 

Job Description:

 

·         Identify and remediate issues within complex System computing environments – VMWare, Windows and Linux OS, Web, middle-tier.

·         Provide Outage/Event Management oversight, issue identification and resolution.

·         Engage cross-functional Development/Engineering teams to facilitate problem resolution.

·         Analyze and reduce alert signal-to-noise ratio to continually improve the monitoring system.

·         Train first line Analysts in new technologies, run-book execution and troubleshooting processes 

·         Mentor, assess knowledge and review technical capability of Tech Apps Mgmt Specialist.

·         Ensure SLAs meet business needs, executive dashboard reports and metrics

·         Review and provide technical assessment of run-books.

·         Provide clear and concise reporting to internal stakeholders regarding production uptime, availability and outage resolution.

• Research, triage and remediate issues across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux and IOS) and technology stacks.
• Consistently drives improvements in personal/team alert to engagement and resolution ratio.
• Production and non-production monitoring, remediation and escalation

·         Actively partners in alert signal-to-noise analysis and reduction efforts.
