Diesel engine intake/ exhaust product design and produce clear and accurate drawing in line with project specification, timeline, target cost and associated standards, including all requisite details such as materials, finishes and welds.
柴油机进排气系统产品结构设计并出图，对产品设计的成本控制有主动意识, 对排气系统相关的零部件材料，结构，工艺有一定了解
Communicate with customer on product layout/ design solution
与客户沟通对接设计解决方案
The goodawareness of standardized components design
较好的零部件通用设计意识
Work with all technical aspects of the project as per standard product devleopment process
在公司标准产品开发体系下与各部门沟通协调技术问题的解决方案
Follow quality control objectives as per Automotive Quality Standards. All relevant Procedures must be followed to ensure Customer Satisfaction
根据汽车行业通用的质量和过程控制标准, 跟踪质量改进项并达成客户对产品质量的要求

任职要求

Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g: mechanical, manufacturing or industrial design) 机械，工业设计相关专业本科及以上
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Design Engineer role 至少三年设计工程师工作经验
Experience of using 3D CAD ideally Creo 3 (CATIA V5, Solidworks) 熟练掌握常用设计软件如CREO， CATIA 等
Originate from an engineering and/or manufacturing background with experience of modern manufacturing techniques and processes 熟悉汽车行业从设计到成品的开发及制造过程（Gate10 to Gate 60)
Proven engineering problem-solving capabilities 有现场解决具体工程问题的思维能力
Computer literate with a very good knowledge of MS-Office 较好的办公软件操作技能
Nice to have english language communication skills 英语沟通（读写说）能力

Understand modern vehicle powertrains, design and after-treatment systems 了解汽车动力总成，设计及排气系统
Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), including mechanical, thermal and CFD simulations 有限元分析的基础知识，如模态，热传导及计算流体力学等
Familiar with DFM / DFA, FMEA and VAVE (value engineering) processes了解汽车行业常见的失效分析及目标成本控制
Experience of DVP&R and product validation, as well as failure analysis 汽车零部件产品开发及验证流程
Experienced with customer facing technical roles 面向客户的技术交流及沟通能力，清晰的表达能力
