• Develop and present project proposals, independently conducting shopper research and insights analysis for client teams
• Analyze data from surveys and qualitative research methodologies, industry trends/competitive landscape and develop these data into reports and brainstorming session for client teams

• Lead the OIIC process to ensure creative challenge is in line with business strategies and brand equities
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, Dreamstate,concept labs
• Develop and present annual and event customer marketing campaign plans
• Identify appropriate marketing tools and budgets to reach client objectives
• Effectively communicate project deliverables across the team and resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
• Identify research opportunities for client projects when necessary
• Identify key insights and deliver into actionable plans
• Work collaboratively with account management to lead strategy development

• 2 years + required in Planning field.  Most preferred candidate with experience in advertising/ retail store or FMCG trade marketing experience. 
• Sharp, analytical person who thinks logically and sees through human insights.
•  Able to debate and argue convincingly and diplomatically as Strategic Planner as much as bring people together to facilitate more and more ideas.
• Good in English
