• This position is assigned to handle terminated cases independently best representing the company’s interest.

• To prepare all case filing materials following internal rules and PRC litigation laws ensuring all cases are filed to the competent PRC court in a timely manner;

• To represent the Company attending court hearing confronting defendant(s), and corresponding to the judge in confirmative with PRC Litigation Procedure Law striving always for court decision in favor of the Company;

• In case of unfavorable decision issued by the first instance of trial, to prepare all related materials, and file the case to the appellate court aiming for improved/optimized court decision;

• To get in contact with defendant(s) throughout entire litigation process for earlier repayment, and/or settlement of dispute; and In case of no honoring of final judgment from defendant(s), triggering compulsory enforcement in a timely and sufficient manner.

• Requirments:

• Bachelor or above education degree, majoring in Law is preferred

• Passed the bar exam(plus)
