职位描述
Job Description
· Responsible the sales of specified polymer product line throughout the assigned China area.
· Implement, pursue and maintain polymer product line sales strategies and activities to achieve, and if possible exceed sales volume and contribution targets.
· Promote and sell the specified product range within an assigned China geographic area or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
· Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
· Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
· Service and co-ordinate with customer and related internal contacts (Sales Support, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Risk Management) on smooth and timely payment receipt, product delivery, payment term change and blocked orders.
· Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within China sales team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
· Develop long-term sales plans for customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
· Establish annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
· Assist in market research on related product line and provide sales information in generating sales reports.
Requirement
· University or college degree in Polymer Science, Chemicals or Business related discipline.
· More than 2 years experience in polymers and/or petrochemical related industrial environment.
· Wide knowledge of polymer and/or petrochemical related products.
· Good leadership qualities, drive and maturity.
· Business focus and result oriented to achieve sales target.
· Good interpersonal skills to relate effectively with colleagues and customers.
· Good communication skills.
· Self-motivated and energetic in developing new business.
· Good communication skills in spoken and written English. Chinese should be the mother language.
