Job summary:

1.Carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to HW manager and project manager;

2.Define implementation proposal of product and carry out solution analysis;

3.Responsible for Schematic Design and PCB design;

4.Design/Solution Verification;

5.Solve troubles in product development;

6.Support component selection and production activity;

7.Support software integration and system integration;

8.Support Product Approval activity.

Main responsibilities:

1.Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling;

2.Develop and Test High Quality Products;

3.Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support;

4.Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes.

Key qualifications:

1.Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication and Information System, Control System or equivalent majors;

2.Strong knowledge at least one of Communication systems:

a.IP networking knowledge (Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, etc.);

b.Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet MEF etc);

c.Access technologies (xDSL, PON, CATV etc.).

3.Experience at least more than one design area:

a.Experience in board design/ Verification, familiar with Hardware design tools such as cadence, Mentor;

b.Troubleshooting capability for issues in development and production;

c.Strong knowledge on embedded system:

- HDL design ability is a plus;

- EMC knowledge is plus.

d.Leadership capability.

4.Good communication skills and social ability;

7.Creative;

8.Fluent English in speaking and writing.
