Position: Assistant to Clinical Research Head

Report to: AVP, Head of China Clinical Research, MRL

Location: Beijing – Wangjing Area

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient daily administrative support, including but not limited to calendar management, meeting and travel arrangement, to ensure effective and reasonable time management;
• Assist department administration, effectively coordinate with different team heads and support all admin related department affairs. Organize annual department meetings and other department level events, support headquarter leader visit and other company activities;
• Responsible for clinical research KOL meetings organization, provide admin support such as PO application, managing and archiving documents, meeting payment and so on;
• Dependent on qualification and previous experience, the job holder may have additional responsibilities such as PO Management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree: medical or pharmacy major is preferred

· Minimum 1-2 years working experiences, prefer experience in multi-national companies;

· Proficient in MS-office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;

· Good spoken and written English is essential;

· Excellent good organizational and communication skills with the ability to foster good relationships with staff;

· Flexible and mature with the ability to work unsupervised; High reliability, integrity and confidentiality in handling jobs.
