工作职责：

Provide full spectrum of secretairial and administrative supports to Sales Director and the team为销售团队提供全面的工作协助

To follow through daily operation requirement in terms of inventory management (placing orders, delivery and replacement)订单的全面跟踪执行（下单，运输和退换货的处理）

To assist and coordinate all wine promotions program/events and auctions program协调组织公司组织的葡萄酒的推广活动计划

To compile daily sales reports, weekly sales plan, monthly promotion plan and sales statistics report统计日常的销售报告，并提供销售计划

Coordination with client for accurate order process, receiving record etc.与客户及时沟通以保证销售订单的完整执行

Assit sales team for promotion planning, wine event, stock allocation, par stock for key items, etc.协助销售团队编排市场推广和品酒的计划，并管理仓库

Database management同时进行数据维护和管理

Requirements职能要求：

Tertiary education in business administration/marketing or equivalent, with formal secretarial training preferred大专以上学历，企业管理/市场营销专业， 有正式秘书培训证书优先。

Minimum two years relevant experience in serving management level in sizable company具有2年以上相关行业工作经验， 有进口葡萄酒销售工作经验的优先

Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua普通话标准，有良好的英语能力，口语和书写流利。

Proficiency in computer software(MS. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, AI and Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing熟悉运用办公软件（Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook， 会Photoshop, AI者优先）

Detail-minded, independent, self initiative, customer oriented and good sense of priorities拥有细心，独立，自主的性格，以客户为导向，并且有良好的优先次序。

LERINS was funded in France by two French investors with mission to select , export and distribute a premium collection range of high level French food & wines.

In China, LERINS has set-up a wholly foreign branch (WOFE) in Beijing with responsibility to import and sell LERINS products in whole territory.

Specifically for wines, LERINS is the exclusive representative in China of several French domains and of the high level French brand ‘Chevalier d’Or’.
