岗位职责：

1、对各类材料、设备的运输费用、分布区域进行市场跟踪、调研；

2、建立供应商档案，对所收集到的资料及时记录存档；

3、建立所需物资的供应商公司的名单；

4、负责供应商产品、价格、质量信息的收集和管理；

5、对价格的重大变化情况要及时汇报；

6、根据采购任务向各供应商进行询价，做出价格对比方案，供领导筛选；

7、拟定、签订采购合同；

8、采购合同的执行跟踪：预付款、货物验收、结算等；

9、根据市场行情，提供采购费用明细和采购费用报告；

10、对采购订单进行跟踪，确保采购的物资按质、按时运至公司及所需工地；

11、及时与使用人、验收人联系，安排采购物资的及时入库；

12、对不合格的设备、物资，负责和供应商协商处理；

13、全面了解各项目货物的使用情况并做好物资使用服务跟踪；

14、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、理工科专业专科及以上学历；

2、3年以上采购经验，精通生物医疗设备知识优先；

3、熟练使用办公软件及采购相关软件；

4、具有较强的沟通能力、分析解决问题能力；

5、责任心及保密意识较强。

工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-17:30
