Description:

1. Be in charge of the project realization ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
2. Provides professional contract management, control and monitoring project schedule, quality and site service support, all risk, and so on.
3. Follow and ensure the project processing from the order input to shipping and site works including the supply of all kinds of documents and special parts following contractual requirements.
4. Detect and manage the realization problems the earliest possible. Is responsible for the achievement of profitability and lead-time objectives.
5. Well control of project documentation following internal QA procedures;
6. Taking into account customer satisfaction and plant interests.
7. Calculate the project cost changes (project price adjustments).
8. Redefine and renegotiate the lead-time.
9. Manage customer changes well to secure or improve the profitability;

10. Define priorities among different contracts.
11. Ensure the cash in from customer on time.
12. Communicate internally with Schneider organization (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, TC, Service, Tender,…) to ensure high working efficiency and good coordination.
