ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责

· Manage assigned IFM team

· Manage HR, Procurement ,Finance, Client relation and all related works;

· Manage all assigned IFM projects;

· Take charge of IFM bidding sales support;

· Maintain and enhance cooperation with each BU;

· Budgeting;

· Policy and procedure establishment;

· HQ policy implementation in region

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具备的知识和技能

· At least 8 years IFM experience at a senior management level

· Able to lead, manage and motivating team;

· Experienced in bidding/tender preparation and execution;

· Ability to manage transition for new projects;

· Experience in managing budgets;

· Management of HSE;

· Negotiation skills and commercial acumen;

· Established network within the IFM industry.
