岗位：销售主管

负责对象：公司总经理

职责：

- 能够制定销售计划、拟订销售目标.

- 完成公司部署的销售任务、业绩目标.

- 配合公司领导制定产品营销策略.

- 下属员工的培训、管理，相关制度的制定、落实、监督.

- 积极主动的进行市场开拓，分析客户新需求，挖掘新项目机会.

资格要求：

- 较强的事业心，进取心，有良好的服务意识、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有组建及带领销售团队的经验.

- 最低学历大学本科，35~40岁.

- 机车车辆、自动化、机械工程、轨道交通机械、测控技术与仪器等机电相关专业背景.（铁路院校毕业的优先考虑）

- 英语听说读写流利，沟通能力强.

- 具有独立地制定销售工作计划的水平和实施经验并能够具备执行能力以达到制定的销售目标.

- 具有流畅的表达能力和较好的行文能力，并具备一定水平的沟通销售技巧.

Tasks and Requirement to Bonanza staff

Position: Sales Director

Supervisor：General Manger

Tasks：

- Make sales plan and set sales target independently.

- Complete the sales task assigned by company and achieve the sales goals.

- Develop a product marketing strategy with the leadership of the superior.

- Training of staff, management, related systems’ formulation implement and supervision.

- Explore market actively, analyze customer needs, seek opportunities for new project.

Requirement：

- Strong sense of professionalism, initiative and a good sense of service, good communication skill and team work spirit, experience of setting up and leading sales team.

- Undergraduate degree required, 35 to 40 years old.

- Rolling stock, automation, mechanical engineering, rail transportation, measurement control technology and other electro mechanical related background. (Graduates from Railway Institutions have priority)

- Good command in English in listening, speaking and writing, strong communication skill.

- Capable of formulating sales plan independently, with implementation experience, having the ability to execute to achieve the goals.

- Smooth communication skills and good drafting ability, and have a certain level of communication and sales skills.
