General Job Duties:

The primary responsibility consists of regular detailed analysis of aromatics and fiber markets through:

1.Research of markets through dialogue with clients and industry personnel and review of periodicals, trade association data, websites and other information sources.

2.Contributing analytical and descriptive text and graphics for market reports.

3.Maintenance and development of models for price forecasting, supply/demand, and trade.

4.Coordinating data integrity in conjunction with regional offices.

Specific Job Duties:

Provide market research and analytical support to consultants in generating IHS chemical services including weekly/monthly aromatic market report, Fiber and Feedstock report, World Analysis, Annual China Report, and Chemical Economic Handbook. Maintains and update China pricing moldes, support consultants in generating supply/demand balances; Monitor and update capacities in China.
