愿意用95%的时间在店铺与店铺员工一起工作。
28-35岁,工作积极主动、较强的主观能动性及创新意识。
较强的组织协调、人际关系、沟通、分析及问题处理能力及技巧
3-5年零售行业陈列管理工作经验,较强的团队精神及领导力。
非常熟悉办公软件,以及相关设计软件,如:PHOTOSHOP 等。
英语流利

工作职责:
与陈列团队一起收集、编写相关陈列指导书,并就指导书有效的与不同区域陈列师及店铺进行沟通;经常保持与陈列团队的沟通管理,建立有效、迅速、高效的陈列工作网络体系以便于店铺达到最佳的视觉形象,陈列效果最佳;确保所有陈列需求都能准时满足,店铺橱窗道具及陈列管理。
通过每天店铺巡视及店铺陈列图片交换,分析、反馈相关信息,控制陈列执行方面的质量及有效性。领导并支持不同区域陈列团队以确保所有信息、标准在任何时候都符合公司要求。
培训所有陈列师及店铺团队相关陈列知识、技能等,通过培训及开发陈列团队成员实施人才培养计划,以确保公司发展的需要。
定期/每天向陈列经理汇报相关区域陈列指导及改善情况、给予相关建议等。协助及与区域经理、店长合作进行新开店铺及已开店铺所有所有特殊活动的有关陈列(视觉陈列及其他方面)、及其他全部工作。参与年度绩效评估。
陈列预算管理,包括:所有店铺内部陈列、道具预算的维护。
·Willing work in store with shop staff in 95% working time.
·28-35 years old,Must be very active, self-motivated and creative.
·Strong organization, inter-personality, strong communication, analysis, and problem solving ability and skills
·3-5 years VM management work experience in retail industry, good team player and leadership.
·Very familiar with office software, and relevant designing software such as Photoshop etc..
·Be fluent in English both of spoken and writing.
·Be available for business trip when needs.
1. Work with visual team to gather artistic direction, and effectively communicate this with area visual merchandisers and the stores; Keep constant communication with Visual Management and create an effective, quick and efficient network with the Visual of her area in order to achieve the best image and performance of visual in shop. ; Ensure all VM needs are met on time and consistently; Coordinate and supervise window installations and displays;
2. To control quality of visual implementation through regular daily store visits, photo exchange, analysis and feedback; Lead and support the different regional visual team to ensure a consistent message and standard is met at all times;
3.To train Visual Merchandisers and store teams in visual display; Be Involved in visual succession planning by training and developing regional visual team members to be able to progress;
4. To provide regular/daily report to Visual Merchandiser Manager for situation of visual direction in the region, areas for improvement, recommendations, etc. Assist /Cooperate with Area Managers and Store Managers with/on visual aspects of both new openings and already opened shops, regarding all aspects (both visual and otherwise) of special events and other store initiatives; Participate in annual performance reviews;
5.To manage VM budgets; Maintain and meet budgets for all in-store visual displays and installations.
