Job Description:

a) 负责公司技术合同及其他技术文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；

b) 统计项目工时、技术文件翻译、与德国总部相关问题的沟通等部门内部行政工作；

c) 负责技术部与公司其他职能部门之间的工作对接及协调；

d) 技术部门会议纪要；

e) 完成部门主管及领导交给的其他工作；

Requirements:

a) 本科或以上学历，有助理类工作经验、工科背景（偏向机械方面）优先；

b) 英语（书面、口语）熟练；

c) 能运用CAD等相关软件，熟练使用Office软件；

d) 快速学习和掌握新知识的能力；

e) 踏实细心，高效务实有热情，学习能力及动手能力强。

f) 男性优先；
