岗位职责：

1、完成潜在开发项目初次现场踏勘和资料收集工作

2、完成可开发项目第二次现场踏勘工作，编制踏勘报告，主要包括测风方案、项目边界坐标、可支持开发容量建议；

3、参与测风方案实施过程管理，承担测风设备安装现场技术联络、竣工验收等工作；

4、参与测风过程实施，承担测风设备巡视、现场设备抢修联络工作；

5、参与项目风机微观选址工作；

6、参与项目内部发电能力评估和更新；

7、参与项目发电能力后评估；

8、作为项目技术经理承担项目的技术联络工作，协调部门资源为项目开发阶段的设计工作提供技术支持和技术管理；

9、项目地理信息管理，负责各个项目地图整理和项目边界坐标保存和变化跟踪。

10、协助完成其他相关的技术问题。

 

Job Description:

1. Take part in the initial site survey for potential projects and take care the technical document collecting；

2. Complete the second site survey for projects, prepare site survey report, especially including wind monitoring campaign design, site edge suggestion, coordinate management, likely supporting MW and Energy Yield estimation;

3. Involved in wind monitoring campaign implementation process management, commitment to wind mast installation local technical management and site acceptance test;

4. Involve in the process of wind resource measurement, bear wind mast site survey and on-site equipment repair liaison;

5. Involve in the project wind turbine micro-site;

6. Involve in the project energy yield assessment and the update version management;

7. Involve in the post evaluation on the project energy yield assessment;

8. Undertake project technical communication as a project technical manager, coordinate sector resources for providing technical support and technology management about the design work in project business development process;

9. Project geographic information management, responsible for putting various projects map in order and project boundary coordinates saving and tracking change;

10. Assist to complete others technical issues.

 

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，风资源、气象、流体、环境水文、物理、统计或相关专业，英语CET-4以上；

2、3年以上风电相关工作经验；

3、良好的自我学习能力；

4、良好的客户沟通能力；

5、良好的成文分析能力；

6、能适应经常性出差。

 

Key Qualifications:

1．Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in related field; CET-4;

2．At least 3 years Wind Power relevant experience;

3．Good learning abilities;

4、Good communication skills;

5、Good analysis skills;

6、Be able to travel.
