Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits

• Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines

• Assist in supplier and customer queries

• Arrange collections and deliveries

• Ensure the actual weight/dimension/cargo value according to the manifest which receive from oversea then send arrival notice to customer timely

• Keep posted for each step with oversea and customer

• Update Next Gen according company KPI timely

• Issue billing statement

• Check cost with supplier (ground agent/broker/trucking agent, etc.)

• Ad hoc task assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• At
  least 3-5 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of
  customs
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Customs tariff
• Good communication skills
• Financial awareness
