1. Cooperate with engineering participate in the development of new project, summarize product design defect as lesson learnt feedback to engineering for continuous improvement to achieve robust design;

2. Continue Product Engineering department activities which consists of ensuring the latest Bill of Materials are used for production, maintains support for document control activity, coordinates activities with design responsible facilities, coordinator new product launches, and promotes Value Analysis Engineering to reduce costs.

3. Responsible for optimization of product design, continue improvement on production line capacity

4. Lead plant cross function team to evaluate feasibility of engineering change, and introduction of changes into production.

5. Develop and update Drawings and other required process documents, such as FMEA, WI & CP.

6. Provide daily production support for trouble shooting.

7. Support program launch process.

8. Support Quality Engineer on customer complaint.

9. Accomplish other related work assignments given by the supervisor
