Required

• PhD or equivalent experience in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/Computer Science/Statistics or a related discipline.

·         Hands-on experience working with NGS data and analysis of large genetic/genomic datasets.

• Strong technical expertise in developing and utilizing bioinformatics analytic tools.
• Strong coding skills in R and/or Python, and good working knowledge of common bioinformatics databases, resources and tools.
• Sound understanding of statistics and biological concepts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Experience with a matrix environment and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines.

Preferred:

• Competent working in Linux environment and high performance computing clusters.
• Skills in machine learning, multi-omics data analysis data integration and interpretation.
• Understanding of the major concepts of immuno-oncology biology.
• Understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
• Record of publishing in high profile scientific journals.
