岗位职责: 

 

1.搭建和维护数据系统开发与运维平台， 包括应用软件、中间件、操作系统及基础硬件等 

 

2.持续引入先进工具与技术帮助提升团队交付能力与质量 

 

3.集成开发有效的监控及日志服务系统，解决平台服务各种异常 

 

4.推进团队基础开发及集成环境的持续优化 

 

5.为团队提供CI/CD 方面的训练和指导 

 

6.支撑团队在DevOps 方面的创新 

 

任职资格: 

 

1. 全日制 计算机，电子工程，数学或其他相关理工专业本科 以上学历 

 

2. 精通python 脚本语言，在实际项目中使用经验两年以上，熟悉shell 脚本，熟悉Linux 常用命令 

 

3. 熟悉一种监控/日志管理工具，例如Prometheus/Grafana，ELK 等 

 

4. 具有Kubernetes，Swarm，Mesos 至少一个容器管理框架的开发经验优先 

 

5. 熟悉DevOps相关工具：Git、Jenkins、Ansible 等优先 

 

6. 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和服务意识 

 

7. 3 年以上互联网或物联网运维开发经验者优先 

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

1. Establish and maintain data system development and OM(operation and maintenance) platforms, 

including application, middleware, operating systems, and basic hardware, etc. 

 

2. Continue to introduce advanced tools and technologies to help improve team delivery capabilities and 

quality 

 

3. Integrate and develop effective monitor and log system to solve various abnormalities from platforms 

 

4. Promote the continuous improvement of development and integration environment 

 

5. Provide CI/CD training and coaching for the team  

6. Support team innovation in DevOps 

 

Qualifications: 

 

1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above in computer science, electronic engineer or other sciences related 

fields. 

 

2. Internet or IoT OM development experience is preferred. 

 

3. Proficient in python, experienced in practical projects, familiar with shell script and Linux commands 

 

4. Familiar with at least one monitor/log management tool, such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, etc. 

 

5. Development experience with at least one container management framework, like Kubernetes, 

Swarm, Mesos, etc. 

 

6. Familiar with DevOps tools, like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, etc. 

 

7. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness
