1、组织建立和完善供应管理体系，对供应商进行管理及考评，每年按一定比例更新供应商 。

2、编制公司采购流程制度。编制货物验收程序，制定货物验收标准。

3、负责公司物资采购管理，组织开展市场调研，编制采购策略；

4、积极主动配合各项目做好采购方案，及时跟踪采购订单，保证订单准时准确交付；

5、严格执行公司采购流程。熟悉厂家情况，了解价格体系，及时掌握和跟踪市场价格行情变化及品质情况，控制和降低采购成本；

6、组织落实采购合同的起草工作，并组织与供应商的合同谈判与合同签订工作。

7、培养和建设采购团队。

任职要求：

1、3年以上电子行业采购经验。

2、较强的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力及抗压能力。

3、熟悉招标采购流程，较强的谈判能力、成本意识和风险意识。

4、良好的职业道德，严守公司的商业秘密。

5、有丰富的供应商管理经验和渠道资源；
