Key Responsibilities:

1.Propose and provide technical solutions according to customers’ needs, follow up with all related enquirers pre/post completion of the project
2.Research and be familiar with the functions, features, and applications of products by vendors
3.Assist product manager in the development of the CDN product descriptions and operation documents
4.Assist in the completion of CDN product development strategies, competitor analysis, market trend analysis, spot potential market opportunities, and expand CDN value-added services
5.Assist product manager in the development and management of the CDN product life cycle and partner assessment

Requirements:

1.Degree or above in Telecommunications, computer science, electronics or related discipline
2.At least 1 year of CDN product/operation experience
3.Familiar with the mainstream products and suppliers in the CDN industry
4.Understand the mainstream technologies such as CDN's architecture, change management, and caching strategies
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6.Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
