Responsibilities:

1. Manage PlayStation games publishing progress

   1. Including backend operations, censorship review and preparation, and quality assurance submissions

2. Manage censorship preparation, review, process, and feedback with licensees.

3. Manage the release schedule for China market

   1. Work and communicate with internal and external teams, to ensure the release content, schedule, and business goals are achieved.

4. Maintain good working relationship with government and publishing branch.

5. Work with other teams to ensure product launch strategies.

6. Monitor risks during publishing progress and collaborate with others to provide suggestions of risk control strategies.

7. Provide censorship lectures and consultants to Japanese and Western game companies.

    

• Requirements:

MUST:

1. Passion for video games, and familiar with console games

2. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication ability

3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations in IT, software, or entertainment industries.

4. Excellent written and speaking ability to communicate complex issues.

5. Logical thinking, and analytical problem solver

6. Results driven, with initiative, self-motivation, inter-culture flexibility, and adaptability

Better to have:

1. Experience in game software publishing and project management

2. Knowledgeable and insight of government departments organization, game industry, and publisher capabilities within China
