1、负责公司机械设备类采购工作，包括：询价、比价、开发供应商，签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总等工作；

2、调查、分析和评估目标市场，确定需要和采购时机；

3、对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；

4、积极主动配合各项目做好采购方案，及时跟踪采购订单，保证订单准时准确交付；

5、负责配合市场部了解客户需求；根据市场需求不定期出差；

任职要求：

1、电子、机械、机电一体化等专业 ，3年以上电子行业采购经验。

2、熟悉半导体设备（如蚀刻机、真空泵、贴片机、等离子清洗剂、键合机、点胶机等）的渠道商务谈判，有独家报备等渠道商务沟通经验 。

3、对电子军工研究所所需求的禁运半导体设备有原厂渠道的优先考虑。

4、较强的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力及抗压能力。

5、熟悉招标采购流程，较强的谈判能力、成本意识和风险意识。

6、良好的职业道德，严守公司的商业秘密。
