1.   Monitor and manage the inventory level of non-bonded warehouses around China by DC Occupation Report   

 2.   Maintain monthly turnover report(DSOH level), warehouse in/out/storage data;   

 3.   Monitor the stock level and report critical items by Early Warning Report   

 4.   Monitor and manage the shelf life of Wine and Spirits by Inventory Aging Report. Sort out Obsolete vintages on monthly basis. Report inventory status of delisted stock, aged stock and SLOB.   

 5.   Review the depletion status by item and classify normal items by A/B/C/D level on monthly basis   

 6.   In charge of the Inventory management operation in system including daily inventory reconciliation, bill checking, repackaging, labelling etc.)   

 7.   Monthly inventory adjustment (write off, shortage or overage) and prepare for the related report.  

Job Requirements 

 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and inventory management, experience in FMCG is preferred; 

 2. Familiar with the theory of inventory management; 

 3.Basic knowledge on ERP system;  Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficient in EXCEL will be preferred 

 4.Proficient in written and oral English; 

 5.Excellent interpersonal skill and team work spirit; 

 6.Willing to work under pressure and conflict;
