- 1. 实施并维护公司HSE管理体系，确保符合ISO14001 & ISO45001要求；
- Implement and maintain HSE management system, ensure comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- 2. 负责HSE法律、法规的识别和评估，保持与HSE政府监管部门的定期有效沟通；
- Identify & assess national and relevant HSE legal, regulations, keep contact with local authorities.
- 3. 提供相关安全数据分析，报告，根据需要报告关键绩效指标 (KPI)的实施进展情况；
- Analysis the HSE related data, provide the HSE report to show the KPI and safety programs implementation status.
- 4. 组织和实施年度HSE培训和工作计划；
- Organize and implement HSE training and work plan.
- 5. 识别、监控和管理环境和职业健康危害，预防相关事件的发生；
- Identify, monitor and manage environment, occupational and safety risks, prevent incident occurring.
- 6. 执行安全检查/审核计划，确保所有的检查结果能够准时关闭；
- Organize and perform safety check, internal audit, support audit from third party, or ABB global, ensure the findings can be closed timely.
- 7. 实施ABB Way要求；
- Implement ABB WAY documentation.
- 8. 经理交办的其他事项。

- 1. 良好的团队沟通协调能力;
- Good communication and coordination.
- 2. 相关安全工程学士学位;注册安全工程师优先;
- Bachelor’s degree, safety engineering, hold safety register engineer certificate is preferred.
- 3. 熟悉ISO14001和ISO45001标准、方法和工具;
- Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 criterion
- 4. 熟悉中国的安全环保法律和政策;
- Familiar with local related safety and environment legal and regulations, policy.
- 5. 良好的英语表达能力；
- Good English speaking and written skills.
- 6. 8年以上制造或项目现场HSE管理经验。
- A least 3 years’ HSE experience in manufacturing plant or project site.
