Position Summary: This role will be responsible for product management, pre-sales support, campaign & activities, marketing strategy & plan, project execution and market development.
The position’s main responsibilities include:
-Manage the product line: Launch new product. Work as an expert of the products responsible. Keep contact with Global Marketing for support. Work with supporting function on registration, custom clearance, logistic, stock and quality complaint, etc.
-Build and execute marketing strategy and plan: Acquire market intelligence on market trend, competitor and customer demand to identify the position for exploring the potential to grow.
-Drive growth through key initiatives and new market development: Make detailed action plan and pricing strategy. Follow up regularly and keep track of the progress and performance.
-Support sales team in reaching sales target: Create sales tools. Provide product training to sales team and distributors. Visit and maintain key accounts. Build network with KOLs and cultivate new speakers. Deliver the introduction of product and total solution in customer workshops and conference.
-Work with Marcom and Sales on campaign and marketing activities: Leverage the website, WeChat to promote the products. Set up communication with FA and Vertical Marketing.
-Assist Marketing Manager with other tasks related to the products responsible.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Bachelor and above degree, major in diagnostics, medicine, biology, molecular biology, food, preferably in microbiology.
-At least 4 years work experience as marketing role in IVD industry. MNC is preferred.
-Good business sense.
-High sense of responsibility and team cooperation. Good communication skill.
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
-Frequent business travel is required.
