It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

- Section manager of function and software development for Mobile Applications in China
- Responsible for current 25 associates; plan to build-up to > 40 associates
- Leading agile SW development for platform and customer projects, as part of global engineering network.
- Supporting innovation and new technology development in connectivity, electrification and automation
- Portfolio management, product strategy and review project development status
- Coaching team in scrum master role and agile process expert role
- Competence management of SW team and mentorship of key talents

Qualifications

- Master degree or above, in computer or electronic or mechanical engineering
- Familiar with software engineering, validation, verification, simulation
- Knowledge in agile and traditional project management
- Experienced in innovation management and ideation
- Know-how in working with Matlab/Simulink, C, Codesys
-5 years working experience in leading people in line or project function
-Excellent English in writing and speaking
- Result oriented and open-minded
- Strategic, analytical and out-of-the-box thinking
- Good communication skill to team, management, sales and customers
