Study Abroad Agent Consultant, International Language Schools

As a member of the International Language Schools team in Shanghai, we are currently looking for Study Abroad Agent Consultants to provide counseling and training services to other Study Abroad Agents operating in China on all programmers offered overseas. We offer courses ranging from flexible short-term language courses to academic and University preparation programmers for undergraduates and post graduates. As the oldest division established in China we are looking for dedicated and committed professionals to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for business development of designated areas in China

Extensive travel all year round to those areas

To find new agents who will promote programmers

To maintain regular contact with existing agents to promote the recruitment of students who wish to study overseas

To increase year on year sales growth

To be responsible for all aspects of training agents on new programmers

Support the agents through agent fairs, visa applications, meeting potential students and parents

To ensure all visa regulations are being followed

Must learn to be familiar with company internal systems

Requirements:

University graduate

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a sales environment, particularly in the Key accounts area

Excellent English

Target driven

Creative and entrepreneurial spirit

Ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to close business deals

Cheerful and positive attitude is a must!

Decisive and open to challenges

Computer literate
