Senior Course Consultant-LT
Division: International Language Centers
Location: Beijing
Synopsis
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to work with student recruitment for one of our study abroad programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of sales and customer service functions.
The Role
Key job responsibilities will include:
l managing enquiries and CRM activities to generate office visits, attendance at information meetings and one-to-one counselling appointments
l working with overseas admissions and/or school staff
l providing pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students
l coordinating and executing assigned sales activities
l analyzing market potential and tracking competition
l total responsibility of all on-line activities regarding website and on line marketing in order to generate more enquiries and brand awareness
Requirements
l recognized university degree; overseas study an advantage
l 3-5 years work experience
l creative, dynamic and positive with a great attention to detail
l independent while also capable of working as part of a team
l ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
l excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l fluency in both written and spoken English
