Title: Site Selection Manager

Synopsis

As a Site Selection Manager you will join our E1 Kids & Teens Team in our Beijing office and will be an important part of business expanding.

The Role

The Site Selection Manager is responsible for all processes prior to the signing of the lease agreement of Learning Centers. This includes regional market research, site selection and lease negotiation. The Site Selection Manager will coordinate closely with the Marketing Director and Regional Directors in terms of market research, entry strategy, site selection and lease negotiation. The Site Selection Manager will work with the Real Estate Directors and Regional Directors in different cities and work on several projects in one city simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Participate in regional senior management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the company

Develop Master Plan for each market by assessing market demographics, detailing population geographic distribution trends and identifying key catchment areas (together with Marketing Director)

Establish and update site key selection criteria

Establish and maintain close relationship with real estate agent networks and retail/office landlords networks

Follow and meet the company annual expansion plan and timeline.

Catalogue leases and deal with re-negotiation

Negotiate the lease terms and finalize the lease terms together with the Real Estate Director and Legal Consul

Requirements:

Prior experience in site selection prerred

Experience in data analysis using MS Excel

Able to work well under pressure and remain goal-oriented under strict deadlines

Multiple-tasks player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to a role which may require additional hours

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work

Demonstrated ability to be a team player
