Objective of Job

• Management and Coordination of the Production Lang fang, DIC (Interiors) in line with the business policy

• Responsible for the accomplishment of the set goals for the plant with respect to productivity, quality, costs and overall plant result, for which he plans, coordinates, controls and manages all production operations within the plant

   

  Principle Activities

• Creation and observance of the related cost center budget and investments with regards to series operations and based on given targets .

• Achievement of the determined plant factors / plant results.

• Ensure on-time delivery of all products to external and internal customers.

• Meet and insure the agreed goals regards to Plant Productivity (PP), parts of Plant Operational Efficiency (POE) , Plant Total Efficiency (PTE) and customer request Quality(PPM) .

• Assurance of the fulfillment of contractual customer requirements.

• Ensure personnel management (leadership, training, employee satisfaction, personnel development) under the management principles.

• Keeping optimalize the production technology procedures.

• Play a key role for company strategic decision.

• To communicate and cooperate with other departments.

• Support Implementation and maintenance of a robust continuous improvement system, ensuring active involvement of all employees of the plant in CI activities, DRX Ideas, CDA′s, DPV′s, ensuring ongoing improvement of all processes, with clearly measurable results.

• Active participation in all company activities and programs.

• The here enunciated activities are indicative but not limitative for the position.

• Under the Plant Manager’s authorization, has the right to promote or demote the position for the staff in production department

• Miscellaneous (e.g. Powers of Attorney, Authorizations, Rights of Information)

• The holder of the position ensures the acceptance, implementation, and ongoing adherence to defined standards (processes, techniques, etc.) set by Langfang, PA core functions and/or DRX Group Central functions.

• Responsible for EHS management of the department, identification of environment aspect and hazard source, taking actions to correct / prevent / review them.

• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

• Special authorizations (e.g. powers of attorney, guidelines competence, authorities, information rights, references to legal or standards-relevant authorized representatives, etc.)

 

Job and Work Requirements

• University degree or similar degree (engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, State-certified technician with major subject in engineering)
• Min. 10 years of experience in the manufacturing Industry, thereof min. 5 years in management position in automotive industry.

• Good English knowledge(prefer good German knowledge).
