Main Responsibilities:

- Programming, technical consult and support on the early stage of project to sales;

- Communicate with the related department including engineering, order, manufacture, logistics to ensure the project schedules;

- Attend the on site check and accept meeting. Inspect the site termly, communicate with all sides to make sure the cable management and fixing method for system furniture;

- Working with end users, interior designers, contractors etc.;

- Control the whole delivery and fixing process;

- Provide after-sales & maintenance service on technology, follow up the payment;

- Manage the warehouse and inventory record



- 给予销售人员早期项目技术支持

- 与相关部门(工程师/订单处理/工厂/运输)沟通协调保证项目周期

- 参加项目现场会议，定期检查工地，与各方沟通保证办公家具顺利安装

- 能够与客户/设计师/分包商很好的沟通

- 控制项目全部运输及安装过程

- 提供售后技术服务及维修服务并及时反馈相关信息，追踪付款情况

- 管理库房及库存商品记录

- 有家具行业经验者优先



Requirements:

- University or Colleague degree, preferably in building or property management

- 3-5 years relevant working experience. Furniture industry or design/PM company experience is a plus;

- Strong communication skills and good spoken & written English are required;

- Good team-work spirit;

- Proficiency in PC knowledge, especially in MS office applications;

- Be able to work under pressure, able to work independently in fast paced working environment;

- Presentable, mature, proactive, self-motivated, aggressive, adaptable, results-driven and detail-minded.



- 大学以上学历，建筑或相关专业;

- 3-5年相关工作经验，有家具行业或设计公司/项目管理公司经验优先考虑;

- 出色的沟通能力，良好的英文口语及写作水平;

- 具有良好的团队合作精神;

- 计算机技能熟练，尤以办公软件为重

- 具备在压力下工作的能力，并能在快节奏的工作环境中独立工作

- 成熟，积极，自我激励，适应能力强，注重细节
