ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

- Responsible for internal company debit note & credit note prepare for AR & AP, monthly IG check and follow up.
- Performs general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to solve unusual issues. Supplies valuable advice on accounting matters based on well-established principles and practices.
- Performs analysis of accounts and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction. Serves as escalation point for complex accounting transactions.
- Monthly closing prepares of various journal entries, and prepare of monthly trail balance.
- Ensures abacus package complete timely and accurate by monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of reporting package and associated disclosures.
- Monthly audit file follow-up for the outstanding issue
- KPMG PBC prepare and follow, follow the interim and yearly audit schedule and to prepare other side report.

- Must be a university graduate or above.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting and reporting. A necessary asset is knowledge and experience of USGAAP. (Accounting / Finance or equivalent)
- Support overall financial statement preparation by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Professional level ability with MS Office tools. Experience from SAP or other ERP system is minimum requirement.
- "Motivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented, Capability to work independently and analytical.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-management and self-driven, able to work independently and under high pressure; collaborate with the other functions and be teamwork oriented.
