岗位职责:

1.统筹事业发展中心和优质项目中心的管理工作，落实各中心制度的完善性和可行性；

2.根据集团的发展战略，完成集团制定的年度目标项目目标工作；

3.负责监督各中心项目的评估、审查、签约，制定各中心的运作流程，对各中心负直接责任；

4.负责对竞争对手研究，收集竞争对手的信息，了解竞争对手的优势和不足，对竞争对手做出客观的分析研究；

5.负责扩大公司的信息渠道，扩大项目在市场的占有率；

6.负责对优质客户的接待、参观，灌输加盟商对公司企业文化、发展前景、加盟优势的了解，并参与项目的开发与评估工作

 

任职资格:

1.男女不限,大专以上学历，年龄30-45岁；

2.具备8年以上全国连锁酒店担任项目开发经验,其中5年以上区域开发总监级以上管理岗工作经验,有与业主开展招商会操盘经验；

3.具备良好的商业判断能力,具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推动能力；

4.具备较强的组织沟通协调能力和团队协作能力,有较强的社会人脉资源和新渠道开发能力。
