职责描述：

  

1、根据公司经营发展目标对公司年度预算、资金运作等进行总体把控；协调各部门编制财务预算，对预决算进行管理，完成公司财务目标；

  

2、负责组织公司财务管理制度及其有关的财务专项管理制度的拟订、修改和实施；

  

3、建立健全财务管理体系，负责财务部门的日常管理工作，指导并协调财务稽核、审计、会计的工作并监督执行；

  

4、负责公司全面的资金、资产的管理工作；负责公司的成本管理工作、会计核算和分析工作；

  

5、编制月、季、年度财务情况说明分析。制定财务预算报告、经营分析报告、财务报表，定期或不定期汇报各项财务情况，以便领导及时进行决策；

  

6、组织进行税收整体策划与管理，按时完成纳税、减税申报工作；

  

7、协调同银行、工商、税务、审计等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益；；

  

8、协助CFO开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作。

  

 

  

任职要求：

  

1、财务相关专业本科及以上学历，具备会计师中级及以上职称；

  

2、8年以上财务工作经验，3年以上同行业财务经理工作经验优先；

  

3、具有丰富的财务管理经验，熟悉税收政策、会计准则；

  

4、具有良好的领导能力、沟通能力及团队管理能力；

  

5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力责任感强，有良好的职业素养。
