1. To technically work upon the guidance of functional leader

在部门领导指导下开展工作

2. To establish employee health management center according to the requirements & standards of Fullerton Health.

按照富乐医疗要求和标准开展企业员工健康管理中心建设

3. To check & maintain the normal operation of employee health management center, e.g. clinic license renewal, medical waste dispose, plan & procurement of medicine and equipment.

检查和维护员工健康管理中心运营, 例如：诊所执照年检、医疗废弃物处置、计划&采购药品、器械。

4. To provide professional service as of primary care，emergency care，health consulting，health management，occupational health management, health promotion, etc.

提供专业的基础医疗服务、医疗急救服务、健康咨询、健康管理服务、职业健康服务、健康促进活动等

  

5. To carry out of health surveillance, fitness to work assessment, sick leave management, injury management, and case tracking.

开展员工健康监护、健康适岗评估、病假管理、创伤管理，并进行案例追踪。

6. To carry out onsite canteen hygiene inspection.

开展餐厅卫生检查

7. To conduct health education, first aid training, and Occupational Health training per request.

根据需求开展健康教育和急救培训

8. To record diagnosis and treatment seriously and, periodically analysis data and submit operational report as required.

根据公司要求进行诊治记录，并且周期性分析数据、呈递运行总结报告

  

9. To undertake other work duty assigned.

Qualifications:

资质要求：

1. Medical degree qualification from recognized university

从国家教育部认可的大学取得医学学位

2. License to practice medicine in China

具有有效的中国医师资格证书和执业医师证书

  

3. At least 5 years clinical working experience

至少5年以上临床工作经验

  

4. Independent judgements & decision-making during work

工作时能够独立判断并作出***决定

  

5. In-depth problem-solving skills

深入解决问题能力

  

6. Able to well manage working time & duties allocated

能够很好管理工作时间和分配的任务

  

7. Work as a team member & like to undertake other duties

具有团队合作精神、愿意承担其他职责

  

8. Deputy Chief physician and above will be add advantage

副主任医师及以上职称优先考虑

  

9. Master and above degree will be add advantage

研究生及以上学历优先考虑

  

10. 3A and above hospital working experience will be add advantage

三级及以上医院工作临床经验优先考虑

  

11. Employee health management experience will be add advantage

企业员工健康管理经验优先考虑

  

12. English language ability will be add advantage
