职位描述
Major Responsibilities and Duties：
Responsible for the preparation and organization of internal and external clinical operation related meetings (e.g. Regular project meeting, function meeting, investigator meeting etc.), participation and meeting minutes, etc.
Assist to complete the data collection, collation and archiving management of clinical trial projects, and implement primary quality control on the test documents.
Assist the project team to manage the clinical trial site and various vendors costs, contracts and related financial payments.
Assist CRA in clinical trial monitoring preparation.
Assist department manager to finish related administrative work.
Assist to manage related administrative affairs of clinical operation department.
Cooperate with other functional departments.
Qualifications：
Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial and have knowledge reserve of clinical trial management specification (GCP).
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good organization and problem-solving skills.
Have a talent with effective time management.
Strong communication and coordination skills, strong
team spirit, sense of responsibility, proactive, careful and meticulous.
