JOB PURPOSE:

? Responsible for fixing IDOC failure for new orders in SAP, manual enter new sample and express order in SAP, manual enter new order in case EDI functionality disable and any other special condition required, ensure order intake with accuracy and punctuality;

? Issuing and managing quality notification, timely close QN upon justification confirmation; Processing credit notes and debit notes per requirements;

? Monitor on time shipments, coordination with third party logistics service providers (3PL) for issue handling;

? Handle with accuracy for order modification, cancellation, insertion etc. change request base on business rule and standard process;

? Generate standard reports in daily base for monitoring and communication purpose; Issuing special reports according to needs to from CS manager;

KEY ACCOUNTABILIES:

1. Order Management And Fulfillment - 90%

2. Reporting - 5%
   ?  Generate standard reports in daily base for monitoring and communication purpose; Issuing special reports according to needs to from CS manager;
3. General Tasks - 5%
   ?   Follow related policies and procedures
   ?   Resolve data quality related issues
   ?   Handle safety und sustainability issues with stakeholders
   ?   Assist managing and monitoring master data for customers in the system.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Qualifications

?   Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Business Administrative

2.Minimum Experience

?   Other education qualification shall possess min 1 to 2 years in customer service, and order fulfillment
?   Good knowledge of petrochemical industry and its related shipping and logistic arrangement is plus

3.Job Specific Skills
