岗位职责：

l. 负责语音网络的建设、运维工作、以及计算机网络的建设运维工作；

2. 负责公司的电话网络建设和维护工作，包括程控交换机、电话网络、语音网络、IP电话、移动通信等系统的建设和维护工作；
3. 参与管理、配置电话交换机、网络交换机、语音网关等网络设备，保障网络正常运转；
4. 使用工具监控、分析语音网络的网络活动情况，并根据网络性能变化趋势，调整、优化网络配置来提高网络负载能力；

5. 参与到各个网络相关系统项目中，并和其他同事一起优化和网络相关的各个系统；
6. 解决语音通信网络、计算机网络及其相关的问题。

任职要求：

1.学历: 本科以上学历，通信计算机相关专业毕业，英文CET-4级500分以上；

2.知识: 通晓各种网络协议，网络架构等网络技术，并具有以下资格证书中的三种：

工信部颁发的：通信工程师/高级通信工程师证书
Certified Netware Engineer (CNE)
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
3.经验: 3年以上通信网络建设、维护和管理经验，其中须在中型企业（多于500个计算机用户的企业）有2年以上网络运维、管理经验。
