主要职责 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- 完成当地的销售指标 To achieve the sales target

- 专业的传达详细的产品知识给客户 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safety

- 管理当地代理商 To enhance the distributor management

- 管理当地重点客户，促进产品的市场占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share

- 有效率的解决工作上的问题，完成每周的销售报告 To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely

技能需求 Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)

- 能主动去了解并回应公司内外部客户的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs

- 能与公司内外部进行有效沟通 Have effective communications with internal and external customers

- 正直、诚实、可靠 Integrity, honesty and respect for people

- 渴求发展 Have motivation to learn and improve

- 结果导向 Result oriented

- 团队协作能力好 To be a good team player

教育、经验要求 Education/Experience Requirements

- 医学相关领域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical background;

- 2年以上骨科外科相关产品销售经验 Above two years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company;

- 良好的销售及沟通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill;

- 适应出差 Travel up to 50%
